Who we are

We are a not-for-profit organisation created to connect digital team members across public sector organisations to share knowledge about platforms like Granicus govService, Microsoft Power Platform and more.

The goal of the group is to collaborate and discuss how to overcome common issues and share knowledge for everything relating to CRM platforms and miscellaneous technologies being used in the public sector.

Who can become a member

There are a few requirements you must meet to be eligible for membership. You must:

  • Be a current employee in any public sector organisation and be over the age of 18. This includes any person that:
    • is directly employed by a local authority, or another public sector organisation involved in public service delivery;
    • is employed by an organisation delivering services for public good with a clear social purpose, including housing associations, charities, and community and voluntary organisations;
    • is working full time (or have a substantive role) in a local authority, public or 3rd sector organisation;
    • is working as an individual, self-employed or contracted, in one or more local authorities, public or 3rd sector organisations.
  • Be willing to share and collaborate with the wider group, any contribution big or small is encouraged. Don’t worry – we won’t shout at you if you just want to learn.

If you work for a supplier who offers a product and service to the public sector, you are more than welcome to apply for membership to register your interest in supporting the group. We are always keen to involve commercial partners if it provides tangible benefits to our members.

Membership costs

Joining the association is completely free and always will be, provided you meet the criteria above.
