Nexus Developer Kit for govService

The Nexus Developer Kit is a free, invite only extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge*. The extension is developed by Optima Digital Solutions as part of the Nexus software suite.

The extension has several features that fix some common pitfalls on the Granicus govService platform. Features include:

Ability to set default label positioning for fields
Ability to set default checkboxes for fields
Ability to copy values of read only hidden fields
Ability to download the PDF of any PRINTABLE integration without having to re-run it
Ability to submit an integration via integrations manager on the first page, making it quicker to update data without flicking through tabs
Ability to “Copy” an integration, allowing name changing making it quicker to duplicate similiar integrations
Ability to copy the token name and the display condition of any given field in forms designer
Platform restyle which brings the full platform in sync with eachother for a more consistent user experience
Ability to search through integration logs when adding ?logSearch=VALUE before #logs in integrations manager, e.g. /integrations/admin/?logSearch=VALUE#logs
Ability to “go to case” which allows you to enter any case reference and it’ll bring back the view data for that specific case, no matter what process it exists in
Ability to see the current integration name being edited without navigating back to the ‘General’ tab when editing an integration
Current environment indicators to reduce risk of working in the incorrect environment
Saved search terms to make searching forms designer, permissions and integrations manager easier
Options bar in forms designer that allows for unhiding of hidden fields during fill mode, subform identification and console toggler
Additional integrations manager improvements such as the ability to open integrations in different environments without needing to search again
An automated field creator, which allow bulk field creation and updating when developing a form
A field search feature which allows you to find a field by entering the token name on a given form, making it much easier to locate a token in very large forms
Reusable HTML snippets, saving time and standardising common functionality. These snippets can be directly inserted into HTML fields at a click of a button
Basic display condition validation for default values on fields.
Built in platform documentation feature accessible anywhere on the platform.
Misc improvements such as ability to open processes in a new window without searching, process URL generation buttons, stage colouring standards, ability to access the settings page of a form directly from the workflow view and more
